In the field “From where” enter the name of the hotel, airport or address where you want the driver to pick you up, in the field “To where” enter the destination of the transfer. Addresses must be complete with street and house number (if any). The system uses google maps, some facilities, hotels and points of interest may not be present in the search, in this case proceed with the quote using the corresponding address, if you do not even know the address then type the location directly and indicate the name of the facility in the ‘notes for the driver’ field.
If you arrive at the airport, you must enter the landing time of your flight, there is no need to predict how long it will take to disembark and collect your luggage, we will take care of that for you, which is why we ask you for your flight details, so that we can monitor it and know what time you will land. If, on the other hand, you need more time at the airport, for example because you want to have lunch and leave at a leisurely pace, then you must directly enter the time at which you want to be picked up, in which case it is important that you let us know, indicating in the notes for the driver that the time you entered is not the landing time but the pick-up time.
